A bag filter housing is the reusable vessel that holds a support basket and replaceable liquid filter bag. The bag provides the filtration medium; the housing provides the pressure-containing enclosure, inlet and outlet connections, closure and service access. Select the vessel and bag together, but do not treat the bag's allowable differential pressure as the housing's design-pressure rating.

A side-entry, top-entry or closure label does not by itself establish flow capacity, pressure rating, filtration accuracy or chemical compatibility.
Bag count depends on flow, liquid viscosity, solids loading, filter-medium resistance and the acceptable change-out interval. A quoted flow for one catalogue example is not a universal per-bag sizing rule. Send both normal and peak duty for an engineered review.
